Mr. van Effen, who studied at TU Delft in the 1940s, was certain that technological advancements would aid in resolving societal issues. The Justus & Louise van Effen Foundation seeks to financially assist and inspire outstanding international master’s students who want to attend TU Delft.

Eligibility: 

• The applicant must be classed as an international student.
• The applicant must be admitted to any of the regular MSc programs at the university.
• The applicant must have an excellent academic track record.
• The applicant must be among the top 10% of the students in the previous study program.
• The applicant must submit the MSc application before the scholarship deadline.
