The Ronald J. Hill Fund at University of Essex 2026 In UK

One postgraduate student in the Department of Government will receive a £3,000 grant from the department to help with living expenses or tuition. Thanks to the remarkable generosity of one of the department’s early graduates and its first Master’s student to complete his PhD at Essex, the university is incredibly fortunate to be able to present this prize.

Eligibility for The Ronald J. Hill Fund at the University of Essex:

• To be eligible to undertake a full-time Postgraduate degree in the Department of Government at the University of Essex beginning in the academic year 2025–2026, applicants must have obtained an unconditional or conditional firm offer.
• To be eligible for this reward, applicants must have accepted their offer by June 30, 2026.
• Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degrees with a 2:1 or above.
• Candidates have to be able to prove that they are in financial need.
• This bursary may be used in combination with additional University of Essex prizes.
• The availability of successful candidates for promotional activities is expected.
