The Doors That Are Open The Association of Global Universities, in partnership with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, is offering the Russian Scholarship for International Students for 2025. International graduate and undergraduate applicants, including stateless people and fellow citizens living abroad, are eligible to apply for this fellowship (Olympiad). Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or a certificate proving they completed secondary school in order to be eligible for the Master’s track. Candidates must furthermore possess a Master’s or Specialist’s degree in order to apply for the PhD track during the Olympiad final year.
The competition primarily targets aspiring graduate and undergraduate candidates, offering winners and runners-up the opportunity to study at any Russian university (including prestigious institutions) with state-funded tuition, effectively providing a 100% tuition discount along with a government scholarship at one of these elite universities. Eligibility Criteria:
- Participants must submit proof attesting to their secondary education, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in order to be eligible. People can produce their transcript or another document attesting to their educational level if they haven’t received their documents yet or for other such reasons.
