Requires nomination from a high school. The following institutions will not accept nominations from candidates who are part-time students themselves:
Students taking a year off must have their previous full-time high school nominate them. The High School Official may choose to recommend a former student rather than a current student because there are limits on the number of nominations per school.
A Quebec student may get a Chancellor’s nomination from either their present full-time CEGEP or their previous full-time high school.
