Eligibility:

Applicants must be international visa students currently studying at a high school and entering Level 1 of their first baccalaureate degree program.

Selection Criteria: 

An application for AwardSpring that contains:

a succinct essay outlining the achievements of which you are most proud thus far. You can write about your achievements in extracurricular activities, work, community service (including family service), academic or nonacademic education, or all of the above.

• A reference letter.

Benefits of the scholarship:

• $7500 (up to 20 awards available per year).

Application Process:

• Step 1: Go into AwardSpring and activate your MacID.
• Utilizing the barcode and student (person) ID number included in your acknowledgment letter, activate your MAC ID. Your profile may not link to AwardSpring for a few working days following your OUAC application and initial Mosaic login.
• Check out our AwardSpring guide to get further platform information.
• To access AwardSpring, enter your password and MacID.
• Step 2: Fill out the General Application.
• Important information is requested on AwardSpring’s General Application in order to match you with rewards for which you qualify. Please feel free to skip the portions that we left blank because they are not necessary.
• Step 3: Finish the follow-ups to complete your applications for awards.
• Following your General Application submission, select the Dashboard page and look for “Follow-Ups.” Extra requirements, such as essays and references, are called follow-ups. To be eligible for an award, you must do the follow-ups for each one.
