Details For Kyrgyzstan OSCE Academy Scholarships international students 2025:

International students can now apply for the OSCE Academy scholarship for 2025–2029. Through professional training, research, intellectual interchange, and undergraduate and graduate education, the Academy seeks to spread the OSCE’s values throughout Central Asia.

Up to 20 students are admitted annually to the Bachelor of Arts (BA) program in economics under very strict guidelines. Residents of Afghanistan, Mongolia, Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan), and other OSCE participating states are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

The following expenses and supplies will be covered by OSCE Academy:

• Complete exemption from tuition fees stipend of 300 euros per month for four years.

Eligibility:

• should be a citizen of one of the participating OSCE member states, such as Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
• Present a secondary general education or secondary vocational education certificate. Demonstrate an advanced command of the English language.
• The National Test Certificate should be provided by Kyrgyz Republic nationals (basic test and mathematics).
