Eligibility Criteria:

• Be admitted to the graduate program at METU Northern Cyprus Campus.
• Be ready to participate fully in academic and research activities on campus.
• possess the capacity to do all tasks assigned by instructors or program directors, including quizzes, fieldwork, recitation hours, laboratory experiments, and proctoring tests.
• be able to put in an average of 20 hours each week as a graduate assistant.
