Scholarships from the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarships for International Students The year 2023 is available for Masters and PhD degrees in every subject area that colleges offer. Your registration must be submitted by October 1, 2023. The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation is offering this scholarship, which has a partial funding value of living costs. All citizens are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
About the scholarship:
The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung’s Scholarship Division provides financial aid to outstanding undergraduate and doctoral students from Germany and abroad who exhibit a strong commitment to social and political involvement. The Stiftung gives preference to applications from women, students from non-academic backgrounds, immigrants, the socially needy, and people with disabilities who demonstrate comparable achievements and commitment in order to combat the social, political, and gender discrimination that is pervasive in our society. Applications from graduate students of technical schools as well as undergraduate and doctoral students in scientific and technical fields are strongly encouraged.
Eligibility:
The Scholarship Department awards grants to foreign students (MA only) and Ph.D. students who are temporarily residing in Germany for study or research purposes.
Graduate students seeking their MA, Diploma, State Examination, or doctoral research in Germany, as well as doctoral students pursuing a Ph.D. or doctoral research in Germany, are eligible to apply for scholarships for MA and doctoral students from Egypt, Libya, Lebanon, Tunisia, Yemen, Jordan, Morocco, and Iraq.
