Gerda Henkel Foundation Doctoral Scholarships 2024 In Germany

Eligibility: 

PhD candidates of various nationalities are eligible for the scholarships.
Candidates with the best academic records are given preference, and those with the highest qualifications are also considered.
Applications from candidates with backgrounds in archaeology, historical sciences, historical Islamic studies, art history, law history, prehistory and early history, and science history are encouraged.
Up to two years will be covered by the scholarship.

Documents required for Gerda Henkel Foundation Doctoral Scholarships 2024 :

• The candidate should submit a completed application form.
• A CV in tabular form should be submitted in a maximum of 8 pages.
• Should include the work and schedule. Necessary travel to archives, museums, and libraries should also be mentioned.
• A statement should be submitted on expected travel and material costs.
• Certificates of the Master’s degree and seminar certificates shall be submitted.

Benefits: 

• The successful applicants of Gerda Henkel Foundation Doctoral Scholarships in Germany, 2020 will receive:
  • Basic Scholarships worth EUR 1,920.
  • Monthly family allowance:with one child: EUR 480; with more than one child: + EUR 120.
  • Expatriation allowance: EUR 480.
  • Travel expenses: as required.
