The National University of Singapore is offering the Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship to outstanding freshmen students from Asian countries except for Singapore.

Eligibility for Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship:

Applicants must:

• Be citizens of an Asian country or region, excluding Singapore (eligible for international and permanent resident categories).
• Be freshmen applying for full‑time undergraduate admission to NUS.
• Apply to a qualifying programme in Computing, Engineering, or Science at NUS (specific programmes listed by the university).
• Have excellent academic results, strong co‑curricular activity records, and demonstrated leadership potential.
• Be direct applicants from school; transfer applicants from other universities are not eligible.
• All eligible candidates are considered automatically through their undergraduate application. Shortlisted students may be invited for interviews prior to final selection.

• Automatically considered with your undergraduate admission application to NUS.
• Eligible applicants who are shortlisted will be contacted by email for further assessment, which may include interviews.

Benefits of the Scholarship:

The successful applicants of the Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship will receive:

• 100% coverage of subsidised undergraduate tuition fees (after the MOE Tuition Grant, which recipients must accept).
• S$6,000 annual living allowance.
• S$1,750 one‑time computer allowance.
• S$200 one‑time settling‑in allowance.
• Annual accommodation allowance (equivalent to on‑campus double room rate).
• Travel allowance for one return trip between home country and Singapore at the beginning and end of the programme.
