Eligibility:

• To apply for a UT scholarship, you must first obtain academic admission.
• temporarily accepted into a UT Master program that qualifies for 2024–2025 (September).
• It could take up to eight weeks for results after completing the application.
• A student number is required, as is not having completed a UT program.
• fulfill the requirements (if any) for a Dutch entrance visa.
• Meet the academic IELTS 6.5 (or TOEFL iBT 90) and the extra TOEFL iBT 20 speaking subscore requirements for English language proficiency.
• Not qualified to receive a Dutch study loan. The UT Scholarship is awarded to the top 5–10% of students.

For whom is UTS ineligible?

• Scholarships from the University of Twente (UTS) are not offered to:
• Current and Dutch students at UT. students from the EU/EEA.
• The Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) offers master’s degrees.
• the pre-Master program; when transferring to a Master degree, UTS pre-Master students are not eligible to apply.
