International students who qualify for undergraduate merit scholarships are chosen based on their academic record during their senior year of high school.

Eligibility:

The applicant’s final year of high school grade point average must be at least 95% or its equal.
The applicant must be able to show that they have at least an overall IELTS band score of 6.0 (no band lower than 5.5) or a TOEFL iBT score of 80 for English language competence.
Candidates must submit an essay outlining their academic accomplishments, including honors, awards, volunteer work, extracurricular activities, abilities, and what they hope to bring to Zayed University.
The most recent school must provide a favorable letter of recommendation for the student.

Conditions for Maintaining the Scholarship:

• Obtain a minimum of CGPA of 3.5. Up to 50% if the CGPA is 3.7, Up to 40% if the CGPA is 3.6 and Up to 30% if the CGPA is 3.5.
• A minimum enrollment of 15 credit hours per semester, except for senior students in their final year depending on their graduation requirements and upon the approval of the Scholarship Committee.
• Successfully complete on-campus work assignment obligations.
• Have no disciplinary issues.

How to Apply In UAE Scholarship ?

Candidate will be automatically considered for this scholarship if he/she meets the above requirements, there is no separate application.
