A fully compensated 8-week internship in Switzerland is offered to outstanding undergraduate and graduate students worldwide through the EPFL Life Sciences Summer Research Program (SRP) 2026.
The program, hosted by École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), offers practical research experience in various biological sciences with the mentorship of seasoned educators. Between July 3 and August 27, 2026, research projects, workshops, and cultural exchange events will take place without requiring an IELTS score or application fee.

Eligibility Criteria:
- We accept students of all countries.
- The courses must be in biology, chemistry, bioengineering, biophysics, bioinformatics, or quantitative biology.
- The student must have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies or the first year of a master’s program by the time the program begins.
- Additionally, applicants can have just graduated with a bachelor’s degree (within the last 12 months).
- a strong foundation in life sciences principles, including biotechnology and cell biology.

Documents Needed:
- CVs are one to two pages long.
- Letter of Motivation: up to 750 words.
- Lab Preferences: a brief description of each of the three labs (2–3 sentences each).
