Apply for a scholarship from Seoul University in 2023. The SNU Scholarships 2023 are now available to overseas students. One of South Korea’s top universities, if not the top one. All overseas applicants from around the world are eligible for the scholarship, which allows them to attend Seoul National University for free. Fully funded scholarships are provided by SNU. The Master’s, MPhil, Ph.D., and Master leading to PhD programs are all open to applications.

Yes. Seoul University offers many Fully Funded scholarships for international students . You can select and apply to any of these programs.

Graduate Scholarship for Excellent Foreign Students:

It Covers:

• Tuition fee: full tuition exemption for a maximum of 4 semesters
• Living expenses: 500,000 KRW per month(different according to recipients’ majors)

Korean Government Scholarship (KGSP)

It covers:

• Full tuition fee: tuition exemption for 4 semesters for a master’s program and 6 semesters for Ph. D program
• Living expenses: 900,000 KRW per month
• Airfare: one economy round trip
• Korean language training fee: for one year
• * Korean language training is mandatory and when the student does not achieve TOPIK grade 3 within a year, she/he is not eligible to enter the degree program
• Medical insurance, research fund, thesis printing fees, settlement, and return expenses.

It includes:

• Full tuition fee exemption is available for a maximum of four semesters.
• Maximum monthly living expenses: 600,000 KRW for four semesters.
• Maximum round-trip airfare for economy is 1 million KRW.
• Fee waiver for Korean language instruction at the Language Education Institute

• Parents and applicants must not be a citizen of South Korea.
