Eligibility:

• Nation Eligibility: Students from any country in the world are eligible to apply for this award.
• Nationals of Kazakhstan: Those who are Kazakh by nationality but are not Republic of Kazakhstan citizens may also apply.
• Undergraduate Program Requirement: High school graduation is a prerequisite for admission.
• A bachelor’s degree or specialized diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or an equivalent qualification, is required of applicants to the master’s program.
