Eligibility:

  • Nationals of Kazakhstan: Those who are Kazakh by nationality but are not Republic of Kazakhstan citizens may also apply.
  • Undergraduate Program Requirement: High school graduation is a prerequisite for admission.
  • A bachelor’s degree or specialized diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or an equivalent qualification, is required of applicants to the master’s program.
  • A master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or its equivalent, is required of applicants to the Ph.D. program.

  • An official health authority’s certificate attesting to the absence of HIV/AIDS
  • A letter of invitation from a university in Kazakhstan (if available)
  • Certification in a foreign language (IELTS, TOEFL, or comparable for English, German, or French).
