The University of Wollongong Dubai 2026 Academic Merit Scholarship is available for bachelor’s degrees in the subjects the university offers.

The deadline for submitting your application is January 31, 2026. This scholarship, which can cover up to 50% of each trimester’s tuition, is being offered by the University of Wollongong (UOW), Dubai. Applications for this award are open to all citizens.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students of any citizenship are eligible to apply.
• Students who are new (entry-level) can apply.
• Applicants must meet all of the academic and admission criteria to be admitted to the University and intend to enrol in the relevant session for which they have applied.
• Candidates must have received the minimum grades shown in the curriculum table below (for more details, visit the official website). The scholarship amount is divided into three categories: 50%, 25%, and 15%. To be them, the applicant needs to receive the bare minimum of grades.
• For example, an Indian national who has finished school at the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) must have 95% academic scores to be eligible for a 50% scholarship, 85% academic scores to be eligible for a 25% scholarship, and at least 80% academic scores to be eligible for a 15% scholarship.

Requirements to Retain the Scholarship:

• Take at least three classes (required) in the fall, winter, and spring.
• Keep your total WAM at ≥75 (50% scholarship).
• Keep your total WAM at ≥65 (25% scholarship).
• Keep your total WAM at ≥55 (15% scholarship).
• Get no “Fail” (F or TF) assignments.

Procedure for applying:

• To get admitted, the candidate must meet all further conditions imposed by the university.
• Additionally, they have to turn in their awards, completion certificate, and academic transcripts.
