Eligibility Criteria for Qatar University Scholarships

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria for Qatar University Scholarships:

• Applicants must meet the admission requirements for the college and major that they applied to. In addition to, submitting the final, official high school transcript for new admitted applicants.
• The scholarship must be benefited from in the same semester of the year in which the scholarship was awarded (mainly, registering for and passing classes), otherwise, the scholarship will be canceled in that term and the student will be informed by QU email.

H.H. the Emir of Qatar’s Scholarships for Academic Excellence:

1. Hold a Qatari Secondary Education Certificate.
2. A minimum average of 95% in the secondary school certificate.
3. The applicant should be a secondary school graduate in the same year in which the scholarship application is made.
4. These scholarship awards are only made in the Fall semester.
5. The scholarship must be benefited from in the first semester of the year in which the scholarship was awarded (mainly, registering for and passing classes), otherwise, the scholarship will be canceled in that term and the student will be informed by QU email.
