Anyone from Central Asia and abroad can apply for admission. This university provides the facility for physically disabled students to study there.
Students from Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan) will be given full scholarships on a competitive basis. Meritorious students may be eligible for tuition subsidies or waivers, depending on their financial circumstances.
In order to guarantee merit-based admittance and wide access, UCA strongly subsidizes its undergraduate education. Tuition is fixed in local currency and averages roughly US$5,000 annually, which is significantly less than regional options. Depending on financial need, tuition may be further reduced or waived. For about US$3,000 a year, which is also eligible for subsidies, students can enjoy a full residential experience that includes lodging, meals, laptops, health insurance, and campus amenities. Overall, UCA covers up to 95% of the total educational cost, with fees encompassing instruction, learning materials, accommodation, meals, health services, recreation, and campus amenities.
Students who submit the Stage 1 application will receive an email with an Application Number, information on the testing location, and the date and time of the SAT submission deadline or the UCA Admissions Test. Candidates who don’t live in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, or Kazakhstan will go through an initial evaluation before being invited to take the admissions exam. The location specified in the personal notification is the only site where testing may be conducted.
