Padua International Excellence Scholarship Programme 2026 In Italy

The University of Padua offers 59 scholarships to highly talented prospective students wishing to pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completely held in English in Padua. The scholarship program is highly selective.

Eligibility criteria for the Padua International Excellence Scholarship Programme:

Applicants must:

• Be highly talented international students applying to English-taught degrees at the University of Padua.
• Not possess Italian citizenship (dual citizenship including Italian is allowed).
• Hold a non-Italian foreign secondary school diploma (for Bachelor’s or Single-Cycle degrees) or a non-Italian Bachelor’s degree (for Master’s degree applicants) that allows admission to the Italian university system.
• Not reside in Italy at the time of application.
• Apply to one or more English-taught degree programmes at the University of Padua.
• Meet academic excellence requirements; scholarship is highly selective.
• Must not benefit from other grants to receive the scholarship.

Application Process:

• No separate scholarship application is needed.
• Automatic consideration occurs if the applicant meets the eligibility criteria and applies for an eligible degree programme.

Value of the Padua International Excellence Scholarship Programme:

• Tuition fee waiver
• €8,000 gross scholarship per academic year.
