Eligibility

• Students may apply if their nation has diplomatic ties with Japan.

• Proficiency in either English or Japanese is necessary, depending on the program.
• Applicants must have been born on or after April 2, 1989, for most programs.
• Applicants must meet the Japanese government’s health requirements.
