If you’re an International student resident in an EU country, you could be eligible for a scholarship worth £7,000, which you’ll receive as a tuition fee discount on your first year of study.
Eligibility
- These scholarships are only available to international students who pay their own tuition.
- Students must be ordinarily resident (see definition of ordinary residence below) in an EU country.
- Applicants joining Essex after completing the first year of the LLM International at the University of Lyon, as well as European Human Rights Law.
- Students must be enrolled in one of the accelerated Master’s progression programs described in the agreement establishing a link/partnership between the University and the University of Lyon
- Applicants who have firmly accepted a place offer by 14 July 2023 and have met the academic requirements
- These scholarships will be considered based on the entry requirements.
- Students must be starting their Master’s at Essex in October 2023
- There can only be one scholarship awarded per student, and it cannot be combined with any other University of Essex scholarships.
- This scholarship is only available for the first year of a Master’s program at Essex.
- Students must apply directly to any of our Masters courses rather than through an agency.
- Applicants who are chosen should be available for promotional activities.
