For Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the fields of archaeology, humanities, medicine/LUMC, governance and global affairs, law, and social and behavioral sciences, Leiden University 2025 is offering the Minerva Scholarship Fund.

You must submit your application by November 15, 2025. This scholarship, provided by Leiden University, offers partial funding of as much as EUR 2,000. This scholarship is open to applications from all nationals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be Leiden University students enrolled in either the Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Candidates are not need to be L.S.V. Minerva members.
• An outstanding or distinguished study or research project in the Netherlands or elsewhere is the subject of the application.
• One of the following categories must apply to the projects:

1. Work as an intern,
2. Examine, or
3. Investigate.

• Complete Master’s programs and doctoral tracks are ineligible.

Advantage:

• €900 to €2000, roughly.
• Costs associated with research, overseas travel, and living expenses can all be covered by subsidies.
