KU Global Leader Scholarship 2023 Fully Funded In South Korea

KU Global Leader Scholarship is offered by Korea University for International applicants. International Students can apply for this scholarship when they apply for Korean University Admission if they meet the conditions below.

Eligibility for the KU Global Leader Scholarship: 

Open for International applicants.
Cumulative GPA from the previous (latest) school of 4.0 or higher (out of 4.5), 3.83 or higher (out of 4.3), 3.57 or higher (out of 4.0), or 90 or higher (out of 100)
TOEFL (iBT) 90 or higher (My Best Score accepted), new TEPS 386 or higher, Academic IELTS 7.0 or higher, or TOPIK level 6.
Recommended by the department and permission from the Dean of the KU Graduate School.
TOEFL Home Edition and IELTS Home Test(Indicator) are NOT acceptable.
Students are not allowed to be awarded this scholarship with other scholarships like Global Korea Scholarship or Foundation Scholarship at the same time.
Both admission evaluation and scholarship award evaluation will be conducted automatically and simultaneously. You do not need to contact the department individually for recommendations from the department.

Benefits: 

• 100% of the entrance fee and tuition fee.
• Living support fee worth KRW500,000 per month (Only 4 months during the semester).

• Documents submitted with the application will not be returned to the applicant.
• Letter of recommendation needs to be given from a person who can support your academic performance. Letter MUST be sent from the reference to: via e-mail studyabroad@korea.ac.kr
• The Awards Committee considers several factors when making its decision, including not only academic factors, but also geographic and strategic factors. All decisions are final and cannot be overturned
