Details For Kazakhstan Scholarship for International Students in 2026:

The Republic of Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Science and Higher Education states that applications for the Kazakhstan Scholarship for International Students from Afghanistan and Other Countries would be accepted from late March to late May 2026.

Applications for full-time bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs are open to international students. This scholarship, which covers tuition and a monthly stipend for chosen applicants, is offered to overseas students by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of RK.

Eligibility Criteria:

• possess any nationality from anywhere in the world.
• be individuals of Kazakh descent who do not hold Republic of Kazakhstan citizenship.
• Proof that a secondary education is “good” for an undergraduate degree program
• A master’s degree program requires a bachelor’s degree or a specialty with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or its equivalent in prior coursework.
• For a Ph.D. program, a master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or its equivalent in prior coursework is required.
• International certification attesting to proficiency in a foreign language for master’s and doctoral programs
