For the academic year 2025, undergraduate and graduate students can apply for the Romanian Government Scholarship. International students are able to apply if they have good scores of at least 7 (seven), which is the “Good” score according to Romania’s scoring system.
Every year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Romanian government offers scholarships to non-EU students so they can pursue bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degrees in Romania. Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

Not eligible
The following applicants are not permitted to apply for this scholarship:
