International students enrolling in Master degree programs in 2025–2026 may now apply for University of Turin scholarships.

International students enrolling in their first year of postgraduate study are eligible to apply for 40 two-year scholarships (known as Talents 4 UniTO); there is no cap on the number of slots and no admission exam.

To be eligible for this opportunity, students must hold a valid prior qualification for a postgraduate degree program from outside the Italian educational system. Additionally, they shouldn’t reside in Italy or be its citizens.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • In order to pursue a postgraduate degree outside of the Italian educational system, students must possess a valid prior qualification.
  • Both Italian citizenship and Italian residency are prohibited for applicants.
    must fulfill the prerequisites at the time of enrollment in order to be admitted to the selected degree program.
  • have applied before the deadline for the specified degree program or programs.
  • At least a B2 level of English proficiency is required (approved examinations include IELTS 5.5-6.5, TOEFL IBT 87-109, BEC Vantage, FCE Grade B e C, Trinity College ISE II).
  • have never before enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or five-to six-year postgraduate degree program at the University of Turin or any other Italian university.
  • Students enrolling in the second academic year, applicants from changing programs within the University of Turin, and those transferring from another university are not eligible for this scholarship.
