FEFU Russia 2026 offers fully funded international Scholarship for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in the subjects taught there.

Your application must be filed by July 31, 2026. This scholarship, which has a partial funding value of RUB 3,000 to RUB 18,500, is being offered by the Russian government. Everyone is eligible for this award, except Russian nationals. Depending on the program they are enrolled in, international students may be eligible to apply for scholarships at Far Eastern Federal University.

• For any Far Eastern Federal University bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, or residency program, applicants must have an offer letter.
• It is necessary to classify applicants as international students.

  • • Monthly fee for a bachelor’s or specialist degree: RUB 3,000 to RUB 9,000.
    • Master’s degree: 3,000–9,000 RUB a month.

    • RUB 18,500 a month for residency.
