Weinstein Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) training and short courses are eligible for the 2026 JAMS International Fellowship. Your application must be submitted before November 21, 2025. The JAMS Foundation is offering this scholarship, which has a partial funding value of up to USD 20,000.
This scholarship is accessible to all except for US citizens. Since its inception in 2008, the Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship has provided qualifying foreign nationals with the opportunity to study American dispute resolution methods and practices to aid their endeavors to enhance dispute resolution in their home countries.

Eligibility Criteria:
- English proficiency is required of applicants for the Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship.
- Applications for this fellowship program are not open to US citizens.
- The fellowship lasts anywhere from one month to four months.
- Preference is given to proposals that contribute to the development of workable dispute settlement mechanisms.
- Preference is given to applicants who have worked as judges, attorneys, government officials, court administrators, alternative dispute resolution practitioners, or law academics.
- Those who are able to begin their Fellowship during the annual Fellows conference in the San Francisco Bay region in early September of their Fellowship year are given precedence.
