The Faculty of Science and Health offers the Global Postgraduate Taught Scholarship 2025/26 to support outstanding international students with the costs associated with studying at the University of Portsmouth.

Eligibility Criteria for the Faculty of Science and Health Global Postgraduate Taught Scholarship:
- Applicants must be self-funded students on a full-time, on-campus postgraduate course for January 2026.
- Applicants must be overseas students, and EU, EEA, or Swiss nationals will not be eligible to apply for this scholarship.
- Applicants must have achieved a 1st class honours undergraduate degree classification (or equivalent).
- Applicants must hold and have accepted an offer to study a postgraduate taught course within the Faculty of Science and Health at the University of Portsmouth.
- International College Portsmouth (ICP) students are excluded from this scholarship
- It is not available for students who have previously studied at the University of Portsmouth.

Benefits of the Faculty of Science and Health Global Postgraduate Taught Scholarship:
The successful applicants will receive a £2,000 fee reduction, effective at the time of registration, and will only apply to their first year of study.
Note: This scholarship can be used in combination with the University of Portsmouth VC Global Development Scholarship.
