Dubai University with a Special Talent Scholarship For all of the university’s courses, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree can be earned in 2023. The last day to submit an application is July 7, 2023.

Eligibility for the Special Talent Scholarship:

Note:
- Special Talent Scholarships are valid for one semester only.
- Students can reapply each semester to continue their scholarship.
- Special Talent Scholarships do not apply for summer semesters.
