Eligibility Criteria for the Bilkent University Scholarship 2023:
- Citizens of all countries, including Turkish Citizens, are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must be BSc graduates or MSC students.
- Candidates have at least a 2.80/4.00 CGPA at the time of application.
- Candidates who are Turkish citizens and reside in Turkey must provide an ALES score of less than 55 (quantitative).
- If international candidates have a strong background but do not meet the minimum GRE General Test score requirement of 153 (quantitative) by a small margin, they can still apply and are encouraged to do so.
