GEMS International Merit Scholarships are available at the University of Canberra in 2023 for Bachelor’s degrees in any of the school’s subject areas. The application submission deadline is Always Open.
This scholarship is offered by the University of Canberra and only provides a 10% discount on tuition. Except for Australia and New Zealand, all nationalities are eligible for this Scholarship.

Eligibility for the GEMS International Merit Scholarships:
- Applicants must be commencing international students, from articulation partners approved by UC, applying to any UC Bachelor’s degree at the Bruce campus.
- All applicants are assessed for a scholarship at the time of application to the course at UC.
- Sponsored and/or Diplomatic students are not eligible.

Academic achievement requirements:
- GPA 5 out of 7
- 70% (or equivalent grade) or higher for Bachelor’s degrees
How to apply for the GEMS International Merit Scholarships
No scholarship application is required. The Admissions Office will assess all applicants’ eligibility for a scholarship at the time of application.
