The University of Waterloo has initiated Arthur F. Church Entrance Scholarships to offer students who are planning to pursue their undergraduate level course at the university. Scholarships are awarded annually to outstanding students entering first year in the Faculty of Engineering: one to a student in Mechatronics Engineering and one to a student in Computer Engineering or Systems Design Engineering.
Eligibility criteria for the Arthur F. Church Entrance Scholarships, 2022:
- Applicants from all nationalities are eligible.
- Applicant must be applying for an undergraduate engineering course in Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Systems Design Engineering.
- Must be a full-time, first-year student who is in a degree program and beginning university or college for the first time in September 2022.
- Applications will be selected on academic performance and Admission Information Form (AIF).
Note: To apply for Arthur F. Church Entrance Scholarships there is no separate application process, candidates will be automatically considered.
