Details For Afghan Students Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarships (Phase-III) In Pakistan:

Through providing high-quality education to 4500 students in a variety of sectors, including as medicine, engineering, agriculture, management, and computer science, among others, the Government of Pakistan is providing scholarships to Afghan youngsters in order to enhance their capacity.

The objective of this plan is to enhance interpersonal exchanges between the two neighboring countries and strengthen the bilateral relationship between Afghanistan and Pakistan. The 4500 Afghan Scholarship covers living allowance, book allowance, hostel fees, and university tuition.

Eligibility Criteria of Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarships:

This scholarship requires the following qualification:

Undergraduate (Bachelor’s):

  • Education: Completion of 12 years of schooling (High School/Secondary Education)
  • Age: 17–23 years
  • Academic Requirements:
  • General Programs: Minimum 60% marks
  • Medical: Minimum 65% marks
  • Engineering: Minimum 60% marks

These documents are required for applying to this scholarship:

  • Must not be receiving any other scholarship
  • Medical and Engineering students must meet PM&DC and PEC admission criteria

Graduate (MS/M.Phil.)

  • Age: Up to 35 years (non-faculty) / 40 years (faculty)
  • Education: Completion of 16 years of education
  • Additional Requirements: Must not be receiving any other scholarship
  • Academic Requirements: Minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0

Doctoral (PhD):

  • Education: 18 years of education completed (MS/M.Phil.)
  • Age range: 40 years for faculty and up to 35 years for non-faculty
  • Academic Requirements: 3.0 out of 4.0 is the minimum CGPA.
  • Extra prerequisites:
  • Not being eligible for any additional scholarships
  • The candidate’s MS/M.Phil. should have covered the same material.
