We are currently accepting applications for the Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL Scholarship 2026–2028. This fully financed Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s program is available at six European universities.
This program, funded by the European Union, is open to applicants from all over the world. There is no application fee, and students can choose to attend two different colleges in another country. Each year, around twelve applicants are offered the chance to enroll in an Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL program.

The Master of Intellectual Property Law and Data Law, or MIPDaL, is an international study program that emphasizes advanced instruction in data law and intellectual property (IP).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates are welcome from any nation.
- You must be enrolled in two countries of study that are distinct from your home country.
- Academic Degree: You must possess a degree that is comparable to a four-year program, such as a four-year Bachelor’s or a Bachelor’s + first Master’s.
- Conditional Offer: If you’ve earned 80% of the credits and can show proof of completion by a certain date, you might be eligible for this offer.

Program Organization:
MIPDaL’s first semester:
University locations include TalTech (Tallinn University of Technology), UC3M (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid), TUD (Technische Universität Dresden), and UNISTRA/CEIPI (Université de Strasbourg/Centre d’études internationales de la propriété intellectuelle).
MIPDaL’s second semester:
One of three specialized tracks is pursued during the second semester, and then the Master’s Thesis is completed.
