Apply for the OSCE Academy’s fully supported MA Degree Scholarships in Kyrgyzstan. Eighty fully paid scholarships are available from the OSCE Academy in Kyrgyzstan for students from the aforementioned nations to study in Kyrgyzstan during the 2026–2028 academic year.

The 18-month MA programs, which are full-time, will begin on September 1, 2026. All enrolled students are required to attend the preparatory Summer School from August 4 to August 29, 2026, before September 1st. Students are required to come to Bishkek and reside there in order to obtain the degree they desire. In 2002, the public OSCE Academy in Bishkek was founded by the Kyrgyz government and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). The OSCE Academy promotes the principles and values of the OSCE through professional training, research, postgraduate education, and intellectual exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Afghan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, or OSCE participating states are among the nations from which one must be a citizen.
• Before beginning the program, you must have earned or be expected to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in a comparable discipline (four-year BA, final-year BA program, or Specialist Diploma).
