Eligibility criteria for TU Delft Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships 2025:

Applicants must:

• Be an international applicant.
• Be (conditionally) admitted to a 2-year regular MSc programme at TU Delft (Note: not applicable to International Joint Education Programmes).
• Have achieved excellent academic results, typically ranking among the top 10% of their previous programme.
• Have submitted a complete MSc application, including scholarship documents, before the scholarship deadline.

• Upload the Scholarship Application Form.
• Upload two reference letters:
  • As one PDF during application OR
  • Use TU Delft’s system to invite referees by email
  • You may combine both methods
  • Reference letters must be submitted before the deadline
