The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) 2025 QUEST Technician Scholarship is available to students pursuing a bachelor’s or diploma in civil or construction engineering.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Level 3 or higher of an authorized Scottish/National Vocational Qualification (S/NVQ)
• The Institution of Civil Engineers’ Edexcel Level 3 Diploma in Civil Engineering for Technicians (QCF)
• The Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Built Environment and Construction
• Construction and the Built Environment (Civil Engineering) Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Diploma
• Higher Level Diplomas or National Certificates
• Basic Degrees
• An authorized Level 3/4/5 apprenticeship for which the EPA (England only) is ICE or another JBM institution
• In Scotland, degree apprenticeships are known as graduate apprenticeships.
• A part-time BEng/BSc student
• Adding a BSc or BEng degree to an HNC, HND, or FD
• An IEng Further Learning Program Accredited by JBM
