The 2025 NL Scholarship at the University of Twente is open to students pursuing bachelor’s and master’s degrees in any of the university’s programs.

You must submit your application by August 20, 2025. Provided by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science, this scholarship offers partial funding of EUR 2,500. This scholarship accepts applicants of all nationalities except for those from EEA countries. The University of Twente Holland Scholarship is provided by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science to students who wish to enroll in bachelor’s or master’s programs at the University of Twente. Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must have applied for a course starting in the academic year 2024–2025.
• The candidate must be a full-time student at the university.
• The NL/Holland Scholarship cannot have been given to the applicant before.
• In addition to completing a minimum of 10 ECTS and an internship or graduation project lasting at least seven weeks but no more than fifty-two weeks, the applicant must use the scholarship only for academic purposes.
• The applicant is not eligible for any other scholarships than the NL scholarship.
• The applicant is not allowed to study, intern, or finish an assignment in a country that has been classified as dangerous by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
