With the theme “Digital Soft Power and Cultural Diplomacy in the Age of Algorithms,” the Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) organized another International Forum 2025 in Toronto, Canada. In October 2025, Toronto will host the best Fully Funded International Youth Forum. Candidates from all over the world are welcome at the Forum.

In order to critically examine how technology, culture, and diplomacy are all evolving, this program aims to bring together young leaders, professionals, policymakers, thought leaders, digital strategists, academics, and cultural actors. The Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy is offering ten fully paid scholarships that cover forum access, return flights, meals, and housing. Eligibility Criteria:

• Anyone 18+ studying or working in fields like International Relations, Communication, Cultural Studies, Diplomacy, Technology, Social Sciences, Media, Arts, or related disciplines.
• Those interested in digital platforms, diplomacy, or cross-cultural work are encouraged.
• The Program is open to all Nationals.
