Deutschland Scholarship at University of Mannheim In Germany

Many people perform exceptionally well even when they are young. The Deutschland Scholarship is designed to help deserving students pursue opportunities for personal growth and social engagement in addition to their academic pursuits. Each month, recipients of scholarships get EUR 300 — half from the federal government and half from private sponsors and financing agencies. At the University of Mannheim, 127 Deutschland Scholarships are being given out during the current financing period of 2022–2023. Holders of scholarships can maintain close contact with the sponsors, which facilitates additional, non-material support, in addition to receiving cash help.

Eligibility for the Deutschland Scholarship:

• Students of any bachelor’s, master’s or state examination program may apply for the Deutschland Scholarship.
• They need to be enrolled at the University of Mannheim and complete their degree within the standard period of study.
• Students may apply for a Deutschland Scholarship already while applying for a study place in a bachelor’s, master’s or state examination program. However, they will only receive funding provided that they start pursuing a degree program at the University of Mannheim.
